Aqualane Shores is a relatively small exclusive single family subdivision on quiet tree lined streets. Aqualane Shores area is south of Olde Naples and immediately north of prestigious Port Royal. You can walk to the Olde Naples Shopping District. When Aqualane Shores was first developed, the residential structures were typically 1500 Sq. Ft. 3/2 houses with a 2 car garage and may have sold for $35,000. The older homes are quickly being replaced by exquisite new homes.
