1. There is a prompt throughout which provides you with the means to 'Bookmark' this web site. If you find this site to be informative and helpful in your search for properties in the Naples / Bonita area, please Bookmark or place it in your favorite places. Otherwise, it can be difficult trying to remember how you got here in the 1st place !!

2. I have worked hard to make this site extremely user friendly and very informative. This site provides you with the means of conducting several types of property searches which you design. In doing so, you will have access to the entire Naples area MLS data bank. Using a new system called Reciprocity, you will have access to all property data, regardless of which Broker a property is listed with. The name of the Broker will be identified on each property. This is not to say that all properties will be shown as Seller's / Owners have the option of placing their property in (or withdrawing from) the Reciprocal program.

3. Please be advised that the data provided is not guaranteed as to its accuracy. The data shown is provided by the respective listing agent when the property is entered in to the MLS system. It is impossible to show all the data through this site. I have selected only the key points. If a photo is not shown, either the listing agent has not had time to enter a photo in to the system, or for reasons unknown, they chose not to provide a photo. I have absolutely no control over the lack of information or photographic material. If a virtual tour is available, you will have the ability to see the tour.

3. In each search mechanism, I have provided you with the means of selecting properties which may be of interest to you.
(a) By clicking on a property, you will be able to see photographs if the listing agent has provided them.
(b ) You can place or ADD selected properties to what is called a 'Shopping Cart'. When you are finished with your search, you can forward your Shopping Cart to me. I can then send you complete MLS data and information on each property.

4. On the Home Page, you have several key options:
"Search For Real Estate" >>> takes you into the search engines
"Naples Area Photo Tour" >>> provides a photographic tour of the Naples area and "How to use this site" >>> which is this page. You also have summary options at the bottom of the screen.

5. Naples Area Photo Tour: I have provided some photographs of various 'things to do' in the Naples Area.

6. Search for Real Estate: Selecting Search for Real Estate provides you with six (6) options. Properties will always be listed in ascending order, low price to high.
(a) Larry's Listings --- will provide information on my Listings
(b) Find Golf Real Estate in the Naples / Bonita area will take you into a search engine where you can specify the type of golf 'membership' preferred … Bundled or Equity. Definitions will be provided. When you select one of these two, the search will be conducted of communities having that type of membership. You will be able to select price range, number of bedrooms, etc.
(c) Find Tennis Real Estate will take you into a search engine looking for communities that provide organized tennis programs. Tennis is everywhere but some communities provide more exceptional programs than do others. As with golf, this becomes a matter of selective price range. In some communities, tennis is part of the package and in others, an initiation fee is required. See Larry's Tennis Article.
(d) Use a Map for Waterfront properties. Selecting one of the domain names will provide ALL properties in the specific area even though they may not be 'on the water'. Water front properties are very expensive in this market area. However, there are opportunities in Park Shore (Option # 4) which are very reasonable but you should be advised that these more affordable properties were built in the 70's & 80's and may be a mile or so inland. Entry level for properties closer to the beach will start at about $250,000. Use of these domain names does not provide you with the means of inputting your search criteria. I am simply providing you with data on ALL properties in these highly desirable areas.
(e) Find Homes Anywhere. If you have no interest in either … golf, tennis or your budget forces you to consider something further inland, Find Homes Anywhere will provide you with the means to search specific communities within the Naples / Bonita area. This list is very long. It may be that if you are not familiar the area (i.e.,, don't know community names), picking a specific community will be like finding a needle in a haystack. Once you make contact with me and we establish communication, I will be happy to provide you with a Realtor's map. This is not your typical map as the map will identify geographical areas and community names.
(f) Don't wish to do your own search, select Contact Larry for personalized attention.

Please know that I completely respect your privacy. I absolutely and without question, hate unsolicited communication of any kind. I will need your mailing address at some point in time if I am to mail you the map. Most of my communication will be by email.
